ok finally blogger let me post my photos !

hahaha, just came back from a day of swimming ! hahaha.

Morning : SWIM MEET ! took events 50m Breaststroke, 50m Backstroke, 4x50m Girls Freestyle Relay, 4x50m Mixed Freestyle Relay, 4x50m Mixed IM Relay. hahaahs.
had 2 bronze ! Thank you RELAY TEAMS FOR PUTTING IN YOUR BEST EFFORTS !
CONGRATS TO EVERYBODY WHO WON MEDALS & CONGRATS TO THOSE WHO HAD BROKEN THEIR PERSONAL BEST (PB) RECORDS !
as for those who had none, you can try your best next year, train harder for swim meet 2009 !
yes i started from nothing too. and today, i broken my PB! it's quite a big improvement. and i set new PBs too ! althou the PBs suck -.- but i will train harder to improve them.

Afternoon : Had polo training for 1 hour. last minute decision. hahah and i played like finally ! wooooots ! learnt quite a lot of stuff ! Thanks Superstar for the guiding. not forgetting those who guided me thru the game just now, Dinie ! HongShen ! Tommy ! HongKoon ! Andy ! Danny ! ok basically the whole team, thanks ! =D

Evening : Went for Lifesaving lesson. supposed to do 400m warmup, me and jialong did 200m only. ahahah, den did item 3 and item 2. den had theory. we talked about constipation and all the shitting stuff came out. literally SHITTING ! all was about shit ! hahahaahahha ! had a great time there.
& for the last time, I DID NOT EAT STERIODS LA !

Weekends was good, I had fun being with people who cared for me and in turn, I should not make them worry and be a happy girl once again right. Cause in the past I was one person who smiled and laughed everyday until you took it away with you when you left. Now a simple smile rarely comes by, just for entertainment purposes only eh.
