hmm. todae is obviously veh fun. did lotsa things today!!!

firstly.. went to skool for my combat training. as usual. did warm up first.. which was 4 COUNTS OF 50 JUMPING JACK [ or izzit 50 counts of 4] ??? and 20 PUMPINGS!!! lols. shoo tired. dammit shaun!! lols. no la. no offence ya?? den we change almost all the perfomance. shoo now the performance consists of part 1: the planks. part 2: police and theives. and part 3: individual performance. hahas. i kinda involved in all. i am the timer so my job is veh super duper impt!! den all the CUTCUT stuffs. UP.DOWN.ON GUARD. lols. we got the music. thanks to bruno and jeremy!! den all the parts thanks to SIR ZAKI, SIR CALVIN and SIR SHAUN [sounds abit strange of shaun] (^o^) lols. nvm. we sort of perfect out everything. den i learned lotsa new stuffs. but got lotsa injuries too. lols. my hand!! shoo pain. hit the planks and mats and i hit the floor!! lols. again! ON GUARD HA HA! den others will HAHAHAHAHAHA!! not laugh. is shouting. den DOWN for pumping den UP in sedia position. den is UP for salute. den DOWN in recovery position. den all the CUTCUT stuffs. lols

part2 is police and thieves. its kinda a skit and but involves unarmed combat too!! lols. its the police chatching the thieves lyk tt. got 3 groups. ammar and bruno. mi and juliana and ming wei and terence. we mus do the num 1, 2 and 3 de combat things. lols. here veh diff to say. as for part 3 ma. is solo de. but got 6 so call 'extras' help to take the planks. lols. we help ammar, bruno and terence hold planks. den ii jus simply love the ending. bow and ON GUARD HA!!!. :) lols. shoo fun.den after tt go discuss the camp proposal wiid mr tan, calvin and zaki. after tt den went home lo.

at round 5.30 lyk tt i go for my life saving course. my first lesson leis. hmm. coach is naomi. my fren in SSA. swimming de thingy. den laerned quite a lot of stuffs. scissors kick. den floating thing. the head dunno wad dive and the leg dunno wad dive. den dunno wad jump de. lols. but its fun. den jl came. and we so call played instead of learning. lols. den nat and his fren[ dunno hu] came. so still veh fun. naomi and nat is professional. lols. hahas. shoo young den professional le. sho gud. lols. XD

Hey everyone, Happy New Year! So first few days is all about new year resolutions and that sort of stuff but people very often make unrealistic resolutions which makes making resolutions redundant.
