a few days before school reopens. loads of assignments uncompleted. =( oh well, thats common among students. hahaha =)

MONDAY : Swim training. swam 800m warm up & sprinted 30laps of 50m & 200m warm down. so it's 2.5km =)
TUESDAY : Chalet at Pasir Ris with LifeSaving ! =D super fun. nice gathering thou. ahahha. had BBQ and chit chatting session. had games. super funny. everyone certainly enjoyed themselves. & for the super big pack of Pocky, everything is worth the efforts hahah.
WEDNESDAY : ok for today. went for LifeGuard morning training ! swam 500m warm up. 3km of paddling with pullbuoy. 1km 6 pull 1 breathe , 1km 4 pull 1 breathe , 1km 2 pull 1 breathe , 500m no paddles with pullbuoy & 200m warm down ! so so so did 4.2km in the morning ! NIGHT TRAINING, 200m IM for warm up. sprinted 2sets x 10 laps of 50m obstacle swim. Thanks FS for the encouragement. Help a great deal, thanks ! =D then did events. 1.2km ! so today swam a total of 5.4km !!
total record for 3 days. 7.9km ! omfg ! ok, i'm quite sure i will die soon. no joke man !
