Real hardcore training starts this holidays ! :D Went for swim training ytd. - 500m warmup. (freestyle) -100m 6 pull 1 breath, -200m (1st 100 4 pull 1 breath, 2nd normal swim), -100m 4 pull 1 breath. -The above 100,200,100 x 10sets. -100m Warm down. (75m breaststroke, 25m freestyle) TOTAL DISTANCE : 4.6km :) So isn't this hardcore? Hahahaha ! Open Water Nationals Heats and Finals this weekend. Just the thought of it keeps my heart pounding fast. It's the kind of feeling all over again. And competition season doesn't stop here. Next up would be Swim IVP on 11 and 12 October and WaterPolo POL-ITE on 19 October. Attachment starts in 2 weeks time and I have been indulging myself with good food and snacks. Hopefully I'll still be able to fit into my uniform :)

Something happened :) Went to work just now. Was working with Jolene babe :) There's this China guy who seemed to like her alot. So attractive worzxzxzxzxxzxz! HAHA! It started to pour so we decided to take shelter at the Staff Corner. When Jolene went up to on the lights, she saw 1 China man jumped into the pool. She asked him to get out but he refuses. So it was my turn to get him out. He asked me to swim with him, told me that the water condition is nice, said that my mandarin is good, asked me about my ancestors -.- and kept on insisting to stay in the water. So Jolene went to call the security. PERVERTIC ASS! Saw Christy just now while walking to the pool. Had a little convo with her. Miss you loads babe. :) Chatted with Jolene just now. Well I do hope everything goes on well smoothly. Yeap, EVERYTHING. Okay, and I miss my SuperStar so much. He's not here when I needed him the most. Felt quite helpless then. But I should be happy cause he is enjoying himself in the States ...
LifeSaving Nationals 2008, Kallang Basin Swimming Complex. Nearly overslept and Kudos to JesseHo for waking me up by giving me a call at 5 plus in the morning. Haha. Went to school, met TM on train, met Huaixin at YCK train station and waited for Leslie. Went in school and bused to Kallang Basin. :) Reached and went to change into our suits. A few of us went to sit at the "canteen area" (No food stall or whatsoever) A round table that is. We cam-whored and got so bored that we played Chopsticks. The game using your fingers hitting other people's and when they reached 5 they died. Haha. Reliving your childhood memories right? Went for warm up swim after that. JieYing, HanLiang, Gabriel, WeiLun and Me were the camerapeople and the timekeeper. HAHA. So we have 2 camera for Important photos and Not Important photos.
