back from Adventure Training Camp 2006.
so tired.

went to skl at 6am. met juliana on train. den reach opposite skl saw all campers outside. cus skl gate haven open. we waited until 7 plus den skl open. and we got on bus and off we go to changi jetty. on bus we took 2 seats each. so excited bout the camp.
when reached the jetty liao. saw commonwealth and bukti batok there.
den took the boat to ubin. so funny lo on boat. ahem ahem* sir fairuz was with us too!!! den reached ubin le went to sit sit at a court. den we all joke around lo.. so funny. this ATC got bukit batok, bukit view,commonwealth, fuhua, hai sing catholic, hongkah , huayi, jurongville.
den we all wait a while liao den we walked in lo. walk in tt time quite tired la. cus ppl infront kip leaving gaps in between den nid to run to catch up. LOL
reached campsite le the first thing is the rules and stuffs.. blah blah blah. den know our groupings.
my group is GROUP 7. MERLIN!!!
got 12 ppl . 6 guys. 6 girls.
food i/c are yi rong and chee fu* <-- dunno how to spell. sry if i spell wrong!!!
wow. 2 tall tall guys in my group. den group de i/c is hui lan. in group got hui lan, sheila, kah hui, me, a bb girl, li han, a bb boy, andy, a css malay guy, lohes, yi rong and chee fu*.
den split into out tentage grouping and we pitched our tents. our twine kip snapping. LOL. but overall. it was fun!!!
den lunch. maggie lo... hahas. den got land expedition!!
so tired lo. lyk treasure hunt lyk tt.. ask us to use the grid reference find place. LOL. run 4 place takes us 4 hr plus. must walk fast fast oso. cannot walk slowly. LOL. after tt got wash up den dinner. maggie again.
den got campfire preparation.
after tt got debrief and supper... LOL.

we did sentry duties at 1.30am. den went to sleep at 2am. den 2.30 wake up cus got fire drills. DIAO. den 3.15 went back sleep again. so tired,
second day.
woke up at 5 plus. fall in at 6. had PT. omfg!!
did pumping sit up jumping jacks and a dunno wad up down thingy.
den jogging. LOL. down slope, up slope, down slope, u-turn, up slope, down slope den up slope. OMFG. so tired ready lo. den did set 2. LOL
all the same oli jogging more. jog until sec 2 campsite. turn one round den jog back.
after tt is breakfast. den went for kayaking. wee!!!
so fun lo... but tio punished lo. hold in guy pumping position at the hot hot ground!!!
den lunch and wash up. after tt we proceed to do ATF. high rope elements. hahas. the safety land so hard pull lo. siao siao de. den did the tunneling. tts so lame lo.. but i had fun.. hahas.
after ATF. we did pioneering. weets!!
make a gadget. so funny.
must make a catapult. we make de so nan kan lo... kam funny!!! lols
but we shoot de not too bad la. bleahs!
dinner and wash up. thanks yirong and chee fu help cook the maggie for us. hees!
den got campfire preparation den campfire. okays la. not too bad. but kinda sian lo.
den lights off.
third day.
woke up at 5 LOL.
den i was the flag bearer for the flag raising. national flag. LOL. den eat breakfast. den area cleaning. slack slack slack. at 10 plus we set off to jetty. sing songs until lyk siao lo... LOL.
reach changi jetty at 11.30 lyk tt. den took bus back to skl.

Hey everyone, Happy New Year! So first few days is all about new year resolutions and that sort of stuff but people very often make unrealistic resolutions which makes making resolutions redundant. My job satisfaction not only comes from see ing my patients get well, but also it comes from their smiles, every "thank you", every touch.
