hhaha. ang mohs are so hot ! sunday training was superb ! STA came and trained with us. did warm ups, some sprintings and it was events. it was a great training because there is a coach to guide us and point out our mistakes. people from STA were super friendly. even thou we met a few times at sentosa but we nvr spoke. some of them actually taught me how to do my events correctly. :) thank you ! went amk had lunch at KFC, & FS drove hx, jolene and me to Novena. walked around at Velocity & went home. went to tpy for Polo training. haha. quite fun watching them play. =) anws school reopens today ! and i woke up late ! hahaha. literally chionged to sch ! haha, its great to meet NR0827 again. :) MOVIE WORTH CATCHING : Children of the Men, Visions of the Future movie took place in the year 2027, the youngest man on Earth was borned in 2009, and was 18 years old. a few days before school reopens. loads of assignments uncompleted. =( oh well, thats common among students. hahaha =) MONDAY : Swim training. swam 800m warm up & sprinted 30laps of 50m & 200m warm down. so it's 2.5km =) TUESDAY : Chalet at Pasir Ris with LifeSaving ! =D super fun. nice gathering thou. ahahha. had BBQ and chit chatting session. had games. super funny. everyone certainly enjoyed themselves. & for the super big pack of Pocky, everything is worth the efforts hahah. WEDNESDAY : ok for today. went for LifeGuard morning training ! swam 500m warm up. 3km of paddling with pullbuoy. 1km 6 pull 1 breathe , 1km 4 pull 1 breathe , 1km 2 pull 1 breathe , 500m no paddles with pullbuoy & 200m warm down ! so so so did 4.2km in the morning ! NIGHT TRAINING, 200m IM for warm up. sprinted 2sets x 10 laps of 50m obstacle swim. Thanks FS for the encouragement. hello all. a week ago, i accidentally spilled a cup of F&N grape on my baby laptop. and it died on me. so freaking pissed off can. had been doing intensive training with lifeguards :) morning trainings and night trainings on both wednesdays and fridays. haha. super shagged , TIRED ! TM told me not to use the word "shag". hahaha. reason shall not be said. nownow. NUS LIFESAVING NATIONALS IS 2 WEEKS AWAY ! total stress can ? zomfg man. i skipped training on monday due to my injury :( tuesday, went self train with jialong. haha. he and his last min calls. :) wednesday, went morning training. TIRED ! went to eat japanese buffet with them(Lifeguards). hahaha, super la ! the guys eat darn lot la. super fun. and "Don't mess with the Zohan" is a lame movie ! had night training. double the tiredness can ? omg ! thursday, slpt whole day. seriously. woke up at 10am. watched tv, studied. napped at 2pm. woke up at 7pm. ate dinner, watch tv and slpt at 11pm. too tired alr...

what a night we had ytd. had a gathering for TM, as she's leaving for hongkong. met up with them (tm, weijie, fangshuai, nigel, sean, leslie, elgin, marcus, jolene, julian. ) ate at chomp chomp. haha. shiok man. food was superb ! had char kuay teow, sambal stingray, hokkien mee, satays, fried carrot cake, popiah and sugar cane juice ! haha. after dinner, went over to ktv and sing song ! super funny & fun. and i shall not elaborate ! some of them can sing ! oh my. like fang shuai ! hahhahaaa. ok. so in conclusion, it was just fun fun and fun =D

SCHOOL TERM ENDS ! hahaha. i'm injured ! i think it's my ligament/tendon/muscle. haha. going for a check up on monday. =( trainings was tiring yet fun. haha. mon : SWIM/POLO wed : LIFEGUARD thurs : SWIM/POLO fri : LIFEGUARD sat : POLO , LIFESAVING sun : LIFEGUARD hahahahahahahahahha. ok i'm going nuts. next monday, im going to library to study for my FON ! weeeeeeee ~ ok maybe i'll just go to a nearby macdonalds hahah ! ytd after training - weijie, julian, leslie, elgin, julius, sindy, TM and me went to watch Kung Fu Panda at Causeway Point. haha. super funny the show, laughed non stop. anw its a good show, so all should catch it =D me and julius were laughing at small things, like the word "LEGEND", hahah, "crooked neck of the bird"... LOL. they kept calling x PO, PO. LOL! PO is the main character of the movie, a fat panda. anw after that we went to find toilet, which is all the way near metro. and the doors are locked. and we went to ocbc bank 24hr...
